I found Heather and David and Zen Rose Garden (ZenEd academy) through YouTube when Covid was really just taking off. Looking for something to fill my time in the lockdown period, I wanted to find something that would help me gain a deeper level of my skills as a medium and to enhance and improve on the things I knew and the things I didn't. What I found was my people. Mediums, psychics, readers, and some people just working on themselves at a deep level from all over the globe who were practicing in sitting circles and through academic teachings, in online chatrooms, and private sessions, but having fun as their skills were honed. I had a friend say to me, "Really, what is there to teach?" More was revealed to me every time I signed in. I liked the format. I could be left alone to do the online classes when I was free, or I could do them with a group and then the next day with the class put into action the particular skill the lesson was focused on. The skillset I have now is way above where it was before I joined, and I had been a medium for over 20 years when I did join. The professional/emotional support and deeper life work was available whenever I wanted it, along with the tarot skills and stuff psychics do like work with missing people, rescue and transition earthbound spirits, remote view, astral project, psychometry, automatic writing, and on and on...too many things to name. No secret skills hidden as I had witnessed before with mediums. I appreciate the diversity, have ducked some of the language, but learned to listen through it all as someone listened through my stuff without judgment. I have made some wonderful friendships and feel like this is one place where it is true: They don't care about your age, race, sexual orientation or religion. Love, truth (sometimes raw truth), understanding and support are the common bond and so important for people like me with extrasensitive feelings and perception. This is so long overdue....Heather and David have pretty much helped me navigate everything. I have been working with David for more than a year now. When we first began, I was in an anxious, awful state, having gone through significant trauma and was basically experiencing a dark night of the soul. From the start, with each session, he worked with me to help me understand and make sense of what I was going through. He gave me so many tools to help me change the old patterns that I had developed in childhood, which were not healthy or useful in adulthood. They had left me drained and feeling stuck. Over time, I moved from just trying to deal with the situation enough to to get through the day, to learning new tools to retrain myself to process emotions and learn from them to heal and grow. I was a ruminator and worrier, but David taught me how to direct those energies and pathways into positive, creative and intellectual directions. I began my mediumship learning journey by researching countless YouTube videos. Most of the videos just explain how the medium does a particular activity and does not go into explaining the activities work, what is happening in the background. David and Heather of Zen Rose Garden did a past life regression for me this past week for the first time and I was completely amazed and blown away.
